From Foundation to Imagination: 40 Libraries for Tanzania!

The Maryam Library Foundation is thrilled to announce the launch of our most ambitious project yet: establishing 40 new libraries in Tanzania! This initiative is a testament to our mission of supporting education in underserved communities by providing the invaluable gift of books.

Our incredible journey began right here, with the heart of our operation: dedicated volunteers. The video captures the amazing effort that went into making this project a reality. You can see the meticulous work of our volunteers—from sorting and cataloging to carefully packing each box with care. Every book, every box has a story, a potential to change a life.

We are so proud to share that we have packed and shipped over 40,000 books in a single shipping container! This "truckload of knowledge" is now in transit, carrying dreams and opportunities across continents.

These 40 libraries will be set up in schools across Tanzania in partnership with Help Aid Africa. Our goal is to empower a love for learning and foster literacy, one book at a time. The work of our volunteers is the true heart of this project—their dedication has made this dream a reality.
