Saniyah Babul

Saniyah Babul, a freshman at Dougherty Valley High School, has a newly found interest in community service and making a difference in the world.

Having been captivated by the art world for many years, Saniyah has refined her skills in drawing and painting. Her creative pursuits have sparked a deep appreciation for self-expression. Saniyah recognizes the potential of art to inspire change and hopes to leverage her artistic abilities to contribute meaningfully to causes that make a difference in the world. 

Saniyah's passion for art and creativity serves as her driving force. Saniyah envisions a world where individuals are inspired to use their unique talents and interests to contribute to the betterment of society. Also, Saniyah seeks out opportunities to contribute to initiatives that align with her values. She recognizes the importance of accessible education and sees the potential for art to play a role in fostering learning and growth.

Although a freshman, Saniyah is eager to explore avenues where she can actively contribute to positive change. This has brought her to Maryam Library Foundation whose core values of bringing about change in communities through books and education and increase of literacy rates resonates with her. Saniyah hopes to motivate her peers through her dedication to both art and community service. By merging her passion for creativity with a desire to make a difference, Saniyah aspires to contribute to a more compassionate world for all of us.
